Noteworthy's Foals

With stunning looks, lofty movement and a commanding presence, Noteworthy foals have made an impression on judges and breeders alike. In 2005 Noteworthy was ranked in the top 10 for the USDF Top Producing Stallions list. Many have been USDF Breeders' Series Champions, inspection site champions and are now moving on to impress just as much in sport. With confident and trainable temperaments, Noteworthy's foals have all the components to be the top-level competitors of the future.  Videos half way down page.

Article from the August 2009 Houston Dressage Society Newsletter (Page 17) written by my trainer, Suzan Saylor, about her breeding experience to Noteworthy that produced the handsome colt, "Worthy of Note", above.

Breeding NOTES on Noteworthy:

Regarding Noteworthy breeding wise and what he produces crossing with different mares, he tends to throw a nice balance. This is a big reason he has so many Premium offspring.  He tends to make the TB's more "warmbloody," without being heavy (mostly correcting necks & making gaits/hind end more powerful) and also will modernize the heavy WB mares. I know of

an 18.1hh Hanoverian mare that he was bred to and they got a lovely 16.3hh light, typey filly; this happens very frequently.  I don't think I've seen a "heavy" one out of him yet, but also not spindly. They kind of end up like him regardless of what the mare is.  Genetically, Noteworthy is bred to reproduce himself and you can read about this in the Sport Horse Breeder article . . .
